Although Astroneer won’t have any official presence on the show floor while the team is heads down working, we do have a few things going on since PAX West takes place in our hometown of Seattle! Here is the full schedule of places you can catch members of the team.
TUESDAY – 08/29
5:00 – 6:00 PM – The Technical Designer’s Toolbox – Samantha Kalman & Aaron Biddlecom (PAXDEV)

THURSDAY – 08/31
5:00 – 9:00 PM – ID@XBOX Pre-Pax Showcase
This will be the only place to play Astroneer and officially interact with the team! We will be showing off the game on the Xbox One X, running in full 4k! We might also bring some surprises with us ;). Click through to RSVP to this free event.
FRIDAY – 9/1
2:00 – 3:00 PM – The (Personal) History of Video Games – Samantha Kalman
Samantha will be joining fellow panelists Eric Kanius [Inquisitive Fellow, ENC3000], Jeff Gerstmann [Editor-in-Chief, Giant Bomb] & Karlee Esmailli [Head of Accounts, Cards Against Humanity] to talk their own personal experiences with video game history. Click here for full info.

4:30 – 5:30 PM – Giant Leaps: Space Exploration Past, Virtual, and Future – Brendan Wilson
Brendan will be participating in a panel hosted by the Museum of Flight with several other significant members of the digital and real-life space exploration community! Panelists are: Geoff Nunn [Adjunct Curator for Space History, The Museum of Flight], Marilyn Ferguson [Software Engineer, Blue Origin], Brendan Wilson [Co-Founder / Systems Engineer / General Manager, System Era Softworks], Drew Kelley [Avionics Engineer, Planetary Resources, The Asteroid Mining Company], Charles Cox [Founder / CEO, 4gency LLC], Sean Mobley [Docent Services Specialist, The Museum of Flight]. 10:00 – 11:30 AM PAX RUMBLE V: The V Stands for Very Bad Video Game Wrestling
Samantha (former LOH CHAMPION!!!!!!!) will once again participate in the League of Heels tournament, where 30 video game developers and journalists compete in classic wrestling games! Details here!
